Changing Employee Portal Username / Email

If your employees would like to change the email address that they'd like to use to log into the employee portal, they can do so by following these steps:

 

  1. Log into the employee portal
  2. In the top right hand corner, click your name and the click the "My Account" link



  3. From the account screen, click the "Change my email address" button



  4. Enter in your new email address and confirm the email address and click "Change Email"

Your email address will now be changed.

The next time you log in, you can use that new email address with your existing password
