Updating Employee Details

To update an employees details you need to go to open the employee file and then click "Details" on the left menu.

The "Details" section allows you to enter the following information:

  • Start Date
  • Title
  • First Name
  • Preferred Name
  • Middle Name
  • Surname
  • Date of Birth
  • Home Phone
  • Mobile Phone
  • Work Phone
  • Residential Address
  • Postal Address
  • External ID - which is useful for linking the employees record to another system such as HR
