This walk-through video explains how to provide access to the employee self service portal in KeyPay, how to perform this action in bulk and what the email notifications look like for an employee.
There has also been a 'makeover' on the employee portal since this video was made. All functionality is the same but options may be in different places.

We have also added more flexibility to the Employee Portal Setting configurations surrounding timesheets. So from 3:17 you may notice a difference between the video and the Employee Portal Settings in the business. The extra options can be seen by clicking on the drop down box as seen below:
